The ingredients needed to make Foamy omelet:
  1. Prepare 4 eggs
  2. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. Prepare Pepper
  4. Get 4 tablespoons Half and half
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons butter melted over hot water

When set and slightly brown place in broiler to dry top. Garnish with parsley and current jelly. Pour in omelet, spread evenly, and cook slowly until omelet is set. Turn out and serve at once.

Steps to make Foamy omelet:
  1. Beat yolks until creamy add seasoning and milk
  2. Beat whites of eggs until stiff cut and fold into egg mixture
  3. Put butter in frying pan pour in omelet and cook slowly
  4. When set and slightly brown place in broiler to dry top
  5. Fold and serve immediately
  6. Garnish with parsley and current jelly

Pour in omelet, spread evenly, and cook slowly until omelet is set. Turn out and serve at once. Finely minced ham, grated cheese or finely chopped parsley may be folded into mixture, if desired.
