The ingredients needed to make Green Chili Cheese dip:
  1. Prepare 1 cup chopped mild roasted Hatch green chilis
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped roasted hot Hatch green chilis
  3. Make ready 1 cup mayo
  4. Get 1 cup sour cream
  5. Make ready 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  6. Get 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. Take 1/2 parmesan cheese
  8. Prepare 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  9. Make ready 3/4 tsp. to 1 tbsp. salt
  10. Make ready 3/4 tsp. Pepper
  11. Take Tortilla chips for serving

Once the peppers have "steamed" in the bag, remove the blistered skin. Slice off the tops and remove the seeds (unless you want tons of heat), then dice the peppers. Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter. Stir in the peppers, onions and garlic.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl except for the tortilla chips. Mix well. Make sure all the elements are well combined.
