The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Upma:
  1. Take 1 Cup Rava / Semolina
  2. Take 1/4 Cup Carrots
  3. Get 1/4 Cup Peas
  4. Make ready 1/4 Cup Beans
  5. Make ready 1 Onion chopped
  6. Take 1 Tomato Chopped
  7. Prepare 3 Cup hot water or more
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Prepare Oil and Ghee
  10. Take 2 Green Chilli
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Mustard
  13. Make ready 2 Dry red Chilli
  14. Get leaf Curry
  15. Make ready leaf Coriander and Mint

Semolina is a coarse flour made from durum wheat. When cooked, semolina has a soft texture. The vegetable rawa upma is a delectable upma recipe with rawa or semolina as ingredient. The rawa or suji are roasted and cooked with onion, mustard seeds, curry leaves, lime juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Steps to make Vegetable Upma:
  1. First Roast rava in some ghee and remove from pan. In same Pan add some oil add Mustard,curry leaf,Red Chilli and add chopped onion sauté well then add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Then add all chopped veg and sauté well for few minutes add salt to taste,add some coriander and mint leaves (not too much) add tomato. Once all veg is cooked add hot water and boil for while.
  3. Now add salt and adjust (i taste the water to be salty) Then add the rava and mix well and close lid for while till done.
  4. Now mix well and add some ghee at end.
