The ingredients needed to make Rava masla puri with aloo ki sabzi:
  1. Prepare 1 cup rava,1/2tsp red chilli flakes,salt acc to taste
  2. Prepare 1 tbdpcarrom seed,some dry fenugreek.leaves,1/4tsp hing
  3. Prepare For the aloo sabzi-2chopp potatoes
  4. Get 1/1 /2chopped tomatoes,1tsp panchoporan,1tsp grated ginger
  5. Get 1 tbsp kasmiri red chilli pwder,salt acc to taste,1 tspgaram masl
  6. Take 1/2 tsp haldi,corriander pwder,oil for frying the puri

Besan ki Masala Poori or Besani Masala Poori is a poori made with Gram flour or Besan along with roasted spice powders. This makes a wonderful and ideal dish for weekend brunch. Instructions to make Rava masla puri with aloo ki sabzi:
  1. In a mixing boil add rava and dry ingred mix all properly with the normal hot water knead a dough..and cover it rest for 10 min
  2. Take a pressure cooked add 2-3 mustard oil.when its hot then add panchporan grated ginger and all the dry species mix itwell dont burn the species then add tomatoes cooked till it loose oil
  3. /fter then add chopp tomatoes abd half cup water and cook for 2-3whistles.after 3 whistle its done then adf garam masla.
  4. For the puri take a woke heat up oil..when the oil is hot add the puri and puff from both the sides till it golden in colour…its done to serve

Aloo masala puri is a breakfast with the twist to our regular puri, by adding the spice powders and boiled potato and making it special.
