The ingredients needed to make Maida Rava Farsi Puri:
  1. Get 2 Cups maida
  2. Get 2 cups rava
  3. Take 1/2 cup Ghee
  4. Get 2 Tbsp Jeera
  5. Make ready to taste Salt
  6. Make ready 1 cup warm water
  7. Get As required Oil for frying

Instructions to make Maida Rava Farsi Puri:
  1. First, in a large vessel take the maida aata and rava evenly and put the ghee in it.
  2. Add cumin and salt to taste.
  3. Now slowly, add warm water to make a medium hard dough. Cover the dough and set aside for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  4. Make small loaves from this dough. Weave a medium thin puri out of it. Make some small cuts on puri.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan for frying, first on high flame and then on medium flame. Remove from the oil when the puri is light pink in color.
  6. Prepare all the puris in the same way. So here the puris are ready to serve.

Mix everything and add water as required and kneed a stiff dough. Dough should be harder than normal puri dough. Once again kneed the dough and divide equally the dough into small balls. It's a crispy, flaky with melt-in-your-mouth textured snack tastes best when served a hot cup of tea.
