The ingredients needed to make Rava coconut ladoo:
  1. Get 3 cups rava(fine)if you have coarse rava then grind it once to make it fine
  2. Prepare 2 cups grated coconut
  3. Get 1 1/2 cup sugar
  4. Get 1/2 cup ghee
  5. Prepare 1 tsp cardamom powdered
  6. Get 1/2 cup dry fruits(your choice)

Roast rava and coconut very lightly. You don't need to make it brown otherwise the laddos would not gets bright white color. Add the nut as per you taste. The ladoos stays good for up to a week.

Instructions to make Rava coconut ladoo:
  1. In a pan,take ghee and roast rava slowly until it turns aromatic.Make sure you do it on a low flame and it should not change colour.It will take about 10 minutes.Take the roasted rava in a plate to cool down.
  2. Take another pan,add coconut and sugar.Cook well till the sugar dissolves in coconut,then add cardamom powder and dry fruits and switch off the gas.Let it rest for 10 minutes and then add roasted rava and let it rest for sometime till rava absorbs the liquid and becomes mixture.
  3. Start making the ladoos when the mixture is warm.Decorate with kishmish and Rava coconut ladoo is ready.
