The ingredients needed to make Cashew rava dosti:
  1. Get 200 grams rava
  2. Prepare 100 grams sugar
  3. Take 15 cashew nuts
  4. Prepare as needed Red food colour
  5. Get As needed Ghee

Rava masala dosa - Stuff the dosa with potato masala (recipe shared in this masala dosa recipe) and serve with sambar. Onion rava msala dosa - combine above two options. This version of dosa is modified from a hotel called arya bhavan here. It turns out so crispy and thin and tasty.

Instructions to make Cashew rava dosti:
  1. At first one non-stick deep pan is kept on a gas and ghee is poured in the pan.
  2. Full Rava is poured in the hot pan and it is mixed with ghee and is it cooked until the colour of the Rava becomes golden.
  3. Then the water is mixed with rava and cashew nuts are also given in Rava.It is boiled for 4mins and the burner is closed.
  4. 4spoons of sugar is mixed with 4spoons of water and it is boiled for 2mins and the red food colour is mixed with it to become a red coloured sugar syrup. This sugar syrup is poured on cooked rava.

This version of dosa is modified from a hotel called arya bhavan here. It turns out so crispy and thin and tasty. The meaurement I have given is perfect for a crispy dosa. But if you want a soft dosa, you can increase the amount of maida in this. But I recommend this quiantity because traditionally rava dosa's are meant to be crispy.
