  1. First take a big plate.Seive besan rava wheat flour. Add all spices. Mix hing in water. Add Dry kasuri methi.
  2. Add water.Bind & Knead a semi tight dough. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Make small balls of dough.Roll with roller pin puri.Make all puri.
  4. Heat a deep kadhai.Add oil.Fry all puri on medium flam.Fry it becomes till brown & crispy.
  5. Remove from oil puri & keep in napkin.
  6. Serve with veg & chutney.
  7. Ready spicy & crispy puris.
