  5. Take 1/2 spoon each Dahi, sugar, salt, aadrak, mirch, lemon
  6. Get Tampering
  7. Take 1 spoon sarso
  8. Make ready 2 red mirch,
  9. Prepare 8-10 kadi patta
  10. Take 1 spoon oil
  11. Take For puda/aapam
  12. Make ready 2 cups Suji/rava
  13. Get 1/2 cup Coconut fresh or powder
  14. Take 2 cup hot water
  15. Take 1 cup dahi
  16. Make ready As needed Salt
  17. Prepare As required Eno (1 small sache)

Instructions to make Instant rava coconut puda/aapam (pancake) with coconut chatani:
  1. Let's first make chutney…for same we have to first roast chana dal till it turns light red and need to soak it for 2 hours…
  2. After that in mixture we need to take soaked chana dal, coconut, green chilli 1, ginger small pc, dhaniya and need to add salt as per taste and also we need to add some water and then we need to blend it.
  3. It should not be much thick nor be liquid…it should have medium texture… Then add powder sugar 1/2 spoon and lemon
  4. Now we have to prepare tampering by taking oil in kadai and then we need to add sarso and red mirch(not powder) chilli when it starts cracking we need to close gas and add kadi patta…now add same in chutney
  5. Chutney is ready
  6. Now let's make suji/rava puda/aapam… For this we need to take mixture jar and need to add suji 2 cup, coconut 1/2 cup, 1 cup dahi, 2 cup warm water, salt as per taste and need to mix it in mixure grinder and then when it is done we have to add eno and then to mix it for 1 second….batter is ready..
  7. Now we have to take batter with 1 table spoon and need to drop it on tawa(tawa should be pre heated) Note: we don't need to spread it…
  8. After few seconds it is ready now we need to serve it with coconut chutney….Trust me it's very yummy…Try it….you will love it
