The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Rava Upma:
  1. Take 1 cup semolina/suji/rava
  2. Prepare 3 cups water
  3. Get 2 tbspn ghee
  4. Prepare 7 pcs kaju
  5. Get 2 tbspn peanuts
  6. Make ready 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  7. Take 1/2 mustard seeds
  8. Take 1tsp urad dal
  9. Take 2 tbsp chana dal
  10. Get 8-9 curry leaves
  11. Prepare 1 onion finally chopped
  12. Prepare 2 tbspn carrot finally chopped
  13. Make ready 2 green chilli finally chopped
  14. Prepare 1 tomato finally chopped
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp frozen peas
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp salt or to taste
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  18. Make ready 1/2 pc lemon juice

Instructions to make Vegetable Rava Upma:
  1. Firstly dry roast semolina for 3-4 minutes. keep aside.
  2. Saute peanuts and kaju into hot ghee. Transfer into a bowl.
  3. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chanadal and urad dal into the same wok and same ghee cook for 1 minute then add and cook curry leaves.
  4. Now add onions and saute them.
  5. Now add other veggies carrot, tomato, green chilli, green peas cook for 2-3 minutes then add salt and chilli flakes.
  6. Add roasted semolina and mix well make lumps free. cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
  7. Then add water, roasted peanuts, kaju and lemon juice. All mix well.
  8. When water starts boiling then cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  9. Ready our yummy, tasty healthy vegetable upma.
