Instructions to make Rava upma:
  1. In a pan heat, the oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for mins add onion and fry for mins add rava and roast 5-8mins.
  2. Add carrot and fry and add salt. Next, pour the hot water into a mixture and stir well. Close the lid and cook for 5-8 mins on a low flame.
  3. Serve hot.
