  1. Take 4-5 mackerel medium sized fish
  2. Get as required semolina(rava)
  3. Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Take 1 tsp coriander seed powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. Make ready 2 tsp lemon juice
  9. Take as required coconut oil or any oil of your choice for frying

  1. Firstly wash and clean the fish, give cuts on the fish, so that all the masala can be absorbed properly, add all the masala powder,salt and lemon juice to the fish except semolina and oil,apply masala properly on the fish including in the cuts, marinate for at least 25 minutes
  2. Now coat the fish in rava/semolina both sides, shallow fry or deep fry until crispy in hot oil,
  3. Now it's done,serve hot with onion and lemon slices.
