  2. Take 1/2 cup curd
  3. Get to taste Salt
  4. Make ready 2 Green chillies

Instructions to make Rava carrot idli:
  1. Take a bowl, add semolina and curd. Mix it well and keep it aside for 1/2an hour. Curd must not be sour.
  2. Add grated carrot, salt and green chillies to the batter and water as required to make it's consistency.
  3. Now in last add eno and mix lightly.
  4. Filled all the batter in greased idli moulds.
  5. And steam it for 10-15 minutes or untill it does not sticks to tooth pick
  6. Carrot rava idlis are ready. Serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
