The ingredients needed to make Carrot and Beetroot Rava Dosa:
  1. Get 1/2 cup Rava
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup grated Carrot
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup grated Beetroot
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. Take to taste Salt
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions to make Carrot and Beetroot Rava Dosa:
  1. Mix all ingredients together except ghee.
  2. Whisk and make a semi thin batter.
  3. Heat a nonstick dosa tava and pour a ladle full batter on it.
  4. Spread evenly the batter and put ghee on side of dosa.
  5. Cook from both side till it crisps.
  6. Serve hot with chutney.
