The ingredients needed to make Rava Dosa-sooji dosa:
  1. Get 1 cup Rava/sooji
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp rice flour
  3. Prepare 1-2 tsp Jeera
  4. Make ready as per taste salt
  5. Prepare 2-3 choppee green chillies
  6. Prepare As needed oil to cook

Instructions to make Rava Dosa-sooji dosa:
  1. In a bowl add sooji rice flour salt chillies and make a batter.
  2. Keep it for 20-30mins
  3. Add more water to make thin batter
  4. Heat a tawa…pour one tbsp batter on it
  5. Spread oil on the sides… let it cook.then flip it and cook.
  6. Serve it with chutney.
