  3. Phir is mein Thora thora pani dal ke mix karen, Itna garha batter banana hy, Phir is ko 10 se 15 mint take ka rest dein, Jab tak ham is ko rest dein ge tab tak Jalebion Ka sheera bana lety hn,
  4. To sheera banane ke liey sb se pehly ak patili mein cheeni or pani dal ke pakaen,
  5. Or is ka ak tar wala sheera banaen, sheera ak tar ka he hona chahey ager 2 tar ka ho ga to ye jalebion ke under nh jaey ga or ager 1 tar se patla ho ga to jalebi is mein ja ke naram ho jaen ge,
  6. Ak tar ka sheera jab ban jaey to is ki flame band kar dein or is mein Elaichi powder or lemon juice dal ke mix karen,
  7. 15 mint bad batter mein baking powder dal ke mix karen or mix karne ke bad is ko piping bag mein bharen,
  8. Is tarhan, Ab ak pan mein Cooking oil ko garam karen or is mein batter ko jalebion ki shakal mein dalen gol gol ghuma ke,
