  1. Assemble all the ingredients. Make a batter by mixing together sooji rava, rice flour, maida, salt, yoghurt and water
  2. Heat a seasoned iron tawa, Spread a ladle full of batter on the tawa, arrange sliced tomaties, onions, olives, basil and corn on it.Sprinkle chilli flakes on top. Cook for 3minutes.Pressing lightly.
  3. Turn the uttapa and cook on the other side for 4minutes.Sprinkle few drops oil and flip again.Remove it on a plate
  4. Serve with yoghurt coconut chutney by grinding together Coconut, ginger, red chillies, salt and daliya dal. Add yoghurt and blend again.
  5. Temper it with rai, jeera, curry leaves and cashews
