  1. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  2. Make ready 1 tsp cumin / jeera
  3. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  4. Take 1/2 tsp saunf / fenne
  5. Take 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  6. Get 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric / haldi
  8. Get 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. Get 1/2 tsp aamchur / dry mango powder
  11. Take pinch hing / asafoetida
  12. Take 2 potato / aloo, boiled & mashed
  13. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  15. Get 2 cup water
  16. Take 1/4 tsp ajwain / carom seeds
  17. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  18. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  19. Prepare 1 cup rava / semolina / suji
  20. Take oil for frying

Steps to make Rava Aloo kachori:
  1. Firstly prepare suji dough by boiling 2 cup water, ¼ tsp ajwain, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
  2. Once the water comes to a boil; add rava slowly, stirring continuously in another hand.
  3. Transfer the cooked rava into a bowl and cool slightly.
  4. Once the rava is warm knead well till the rava dough turns soft and smooth. - grease hand with oil and pinch a ball sized dough.
  5. Flatten slightly and pressing from sides form a cup.
  6. Stuff a tbsp of aloo stuffing in centre. - get the sides together and pinch to seal.
  7. Press gently and form a ball, flatten slightly.
  8. Fry the rava kachori in hot oil or bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 20 minutes.
  9. Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame.
  10. Finally, serve rava kachori / suji kachori hot with green chutney.
