  1. Firstly, in a large bowl take 200 gms rava,100 gms curd and 1 tsp salt.
  2. Mix well making sure the curd is combined well.further, add water as per requirement and mix well adjusting consistency.
  3. Rest for 20 minutes or until the rava absorbs well.check for consistency adding more water if required.
  4. Now prepare the vegetable toppings by taking 1 onion, 1/2 capsicum,1 tomato, 1 carrot, 1 green chili,100 grams sweet corn, 1 teaspoon salt,and 2 tablespoon of coriander
  5. Now add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in rava batter before pouring into the pan.
  6. Now pour the rava batter into the pan and top with the tablespoon of vegetable toppings and press gently.
  7. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil around the Uttapam.Cover and cook for a minute or until the base is cooked well.
  8. Flip over and cook both sides.
  9. Finally, enjoy instant rava uttapam with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
