The ingredients needed to make Steam rava dhokla:
  1. Make ready 100 gm rava
  2. Take As needed curd
  3. Prepare to taste Salt
  4. Make ready 1/2 tbsp oil
  5. Make ready 1/3 tsp fruit salt
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  7. Take pinch Asafoetida
  8. Make ready 2 tsp Chopped dhania(corinader leaves)
  9. Take 2 tsp chopped green chilli
  10. Prepare as needed Water

Ragi is also gluten-free and highly suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. Rava/Suji is mixed with yogurt, ginger, turmeric (optional), green chilies (optional), salt, water, oil, and ENO (fruit salt). A flavorful tempering of mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, and green chilies is added as a garnish. In a bowl mix gram flour, citric acid, salt, sugar and turmeric.

Instructions to make Steam rava dhokla:
  1. Combine the rava, curds, oil, salt, and water in deep bowl and whisk well.
  2. Cover with a lid and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Just before steaming dhoklas, add the fruit salt and water, when it's bubbles from, mix gently.
  4. Steam in a steamer for 12 minutes, keep aside.
  5. For tadka, heat a pan, add the mustard seed, sesame seed and asafoetida and saute on a medium flame for few seconds,
  6. Pour the tempering over the dhoklas, sprinkle the coriander and green chili even over it.
  7. Cool sightly. And cut into equal sized..
  8. Serve.
