The ingredients needed to make Rava dokla:
  1. Take 1 cup rava
  2. Prepare 1 cup curd
  3. Get 2 green chilli
  4. Get 1pkt plain eno
  5. Take as per tatste Salt
  6. Make ready As needed Water
  7. Take 1 tsp oil
  8. Take For tadka
  9. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Make ready 7-8 curry leaves
  11. Prepare 2 green chilli
  12. Make ready 2 tsp oil

This is a healthy snack as it is steamed and very less oil is used to make tempering. You can serve it as a snack or weekend breakfast. Instructions to make Rava dokla:
  1. In mixing bowl add 1 cup rava and 1 cup curd mix nicely add salt as per tatste
  2. Add green chillies.Keep rest for 15 mints.After 15 mix again mix nicely.add 1 small packet eno and put little water on it to become eno active
  3. Again mix for half mint nicely.grease container with oil put batter in it and steam for next 15 to 20 mints
  4. After complete steaming process keep them cool.In tadka pan put oil after heating oil add mustard seeds curry leaves and chillies
  5. Remove rava dokla in plate and cut in to pieces.Spread tadka on it and enjoy with green chutney๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
  6. For chutney I used side edges of rava dokala put in mixing jar add coriander leaves.Ground nuts 2 garilc, sugar,lemon juice salt as per taste and grind nicely.ready to serve easy zhatpat tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹ ravadokla
