  2. Make ready 3/4 cup curd
  3. Prepare As per taste Salt
  4. Get As per taste pepper powder
  5. Make ready Pinch turmeric powder
  6. Take 2 tsp spinach puree
  7. Prepare 1 chopped onion
  8. Get 1 tomato
  9. Get 1/2 tsp carrot
  10. Get 1/2 cup sweetcorns
  11. Prepare 1 capsicum
  12. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  13. Make ready Handful Curry leaves
  14. Prepare 1 packet Eno(fruit salt)

Instructions to make Veggies rava idli:
  1. Firstly take a bowl add suji and curd whisk well. Now add some water to make a smooth battar. Now whisk well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Now add all veggies and dry masale, mustard seeds, curry leaves to the battar and mix well and add all dry ingredients.
  3. Now divide the battar into two parts in one part add turmeric powder, add eno and pour the battar into greased mould, steam in microwave for 4 min.
  4. Now in 2 and part add spinach puree for green color and add eno and made with the same process.
  5. Healthy idlis are ready. Enjoy with chutney or sauce or sambhar.
