  2. Make ready 1/4 cup Carrot puree
  3. Take 1/4 cup Spinach puree

  6. Get 1 tbsp Eno fruit salt
  7. Prepare As required Oil- greasing

Instructions to make Tri colour Rava idli:
  1. Take rava in a bowl, add curd and 1/2 cup water, make a batter.
  2. Divide batter in three different bowls.
  3. In first bowl there will be plain rava batter, in second bowl add carrot puree to the batter and in third bowl add spinach puree and salt in all three puree.
  4. Then add eno fruit salt in each three of the batter.
  5. Grease idli plates with oil, pour a ladle full of batter into the idli plates and steam for 20 minutes.
  6. Check if the idlis are done or not, if done serve it with coconut chutney.
