Steps to make Rava sooji Idli:
  1. Take a bowl Add rava, curd, salt and mix it well. Rest it for 20 minutes.
  2. After 20 minutes it soaked well. Now add water &mix it well.
  3. Add Eno mix it well. Smooth batter is ready. Grease idli plate with oil. Transfer the batter in idli plate.
  4. Steam idlis for 15 minutes. Rest it for cool.
  5. After cooling take out the idlis and serves with chutney /sambhar.
