The ingredients needed to make Minced chicken with green sauce:
  1. Prepare 1/2 kg minced meat (chicken)
  2. Make ready 1 onion sliced
  3. Prepare 2 tbs ginger n garlic paste
  4. Get 1.5 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Get 1 tsp salt
  6. Prepare 1 tsp tumeric powder
  7. Get 2 tbs Cooking oil
  8. Get For sauce
  9. Get 1/2 bunch or a cup of fresh corriander
  10. Get 1/2 bunch or a cup of fresh mint leaves
  11. Make ready 1 tbs roasted and crushed cumin and corriander seeds
  12. Take 6 small green chillies
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup tamarind pulp or raw mango paste (in some water)

Add soy sauce, hoisin/oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and combine with chicken meat. Add additional salt and pepper to taste. Return cooked vegetables to pan and add chiles. Follow with fish sauce and basil leaves and cook until just wilted, then season with pepper.

Steps to make Minced chicken with green sauce:
  1. Blend sauce ingredients, add water if needed
  2. Fry onion till light brown in oil. Add ginger n garlic paste and fry for few minutes till fragrant
  3. Add minced meat and the powdered spices and salt. Fry on medium high till all water evaporates.
  4. Add in the sauce and cook on low flame for 5-10 mins covered.
  5. Garnish with red whole chillies.

Return cooked vegetables to pan and add chiles. Follow with fish sauce and basil leaves and cook until just wilted, then season with pepper.
