  6. Prepare to taste Salt according
  7. Make ready to taste Red chilli powder according
  8. Prepare to taste Turmeric according
  9. Prepare to taste Cumin powder according
  10. Take to taste Coriander powder according
  11. Get to taste Chaat masala according
  12. Make ready 1 tsp pickle masala only from readymade any mango or mix pickle

Steps to make Pickly potatoes:
  1. First put some butter in hot pan
  2. Now roast cumin seeds and black mustard seeds
  3. Now stir it for 5 to 6 seconds
  4. Add all the spices together and stir them for 5 to 6 seconds
  5. Now add diced half boiled potatoes
  6. Now stir it for 9 to 10 seconds and add pickle masala
  7. Just keep it on flame for few seconds
  8. Yummy masala pickly potatoes are ready in very few minutes

Cook until tender, but don't overcook. Add the salt, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Drain completely, reserving the boiling liquid, and allow to cool. At once, place the four plates on the floor of the oven. Remove from the oven, place a potato and one or two.
