Instructions to make Rich bittermelon:
  1. First of all peel properly all bittermelon and separate the seeds from inner part.to take out seeds make a cut on each piece to open it and spread salt on it.let sit for 30 minutes
  2. Now wash them properly and make dry with towel.
  3. Put sunflower oil in big pan to deep fry them.let make oil hot very much then deep fry all bittermelon at low flame
  4. Now on other side use handblender and blend all together onion garlic ginger and green chilli
  5. Make thick paste of all and put hot sunflower oil one big scoop in clean pan
  6. Now put mixture of onion and roast it for at least 40 minutes at very low flame
  7. Now when it spread oil and looks brown add all the spices one by one
  8. Roast again for 10 minutes
  9. Now let sit for 10 minute to cool down the masala and start filling the masala with the help of spoon in open mouth of each piece
  10. By deep frying we can eat it without bitterness and with masala it really becomes more crunchy and amazing
