  2. Get 1 tin garbanzo bean
  3. Prepare 1 mango diced
  4. Take 1 English cucumber diced
  5. Prepare 1 carrot grated
  6. Make ready 1 green bell pepper diced
  7. Make ready 1-2 handful choppedspinach
  8. Get 2 - avacado diced
  9. Get 3 -tbsp onion diced
  10. Prepare Few dried cranberries & diced almonds
  11. Prepare Dressing
  12. Get To 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  13. Take Add Salt, pepper, cumin powder, red chili powder/flakes, lemon juice & shake well
