The ingredients needed to make Tofu, Bitter melon, Pork and Egg Stir fry:
  1. Prepare 1 package Tofu
  2. Prepare 150 g thinly sliced polk
  3. Take 150 g bean sprouts
  4. Take 2 eggs
  5. Prepare 2 TBSP sesame oil
  6. Get ☆1.5 TBSP oyster sauce
  7. Make ready ☆1.5 TBSP soy sauce
  8. Take ☆1 TBSP sake
  9. Make ready ☆1.5 tsp hondashi

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; season with garlic salt and garlic pepper. Tips: Using cooked meat to stir-fry can make meat taste tender. Do not fry bitter melon for long.

Instructions to make Tofu, Bitter melon, Pork and Egg Stir fry:
  1. Cut bitter melon.
  2. In a small bowl, give bitter melon massage to remove bitterness with a dash of salt, 1 minute. Add water and leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Wrap tofu with paper towels and microwave for 2 minutes to remove water.
  4. Cut pork into 2 inch lengths. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour to give a base taste.
  5. In a large pan, high heat, pour oil and sauté tofu until golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients of ☆
  7. In the same pan, sauté pork, bitter melon and washed bean sprouts, 3 - 5 minutes. Add ☆sauce until the sauce is well mixed.
  8. Add beaten egg in the same pan with other ingredients and scramble the egg, 1 minute. Turn off the heat, Pour sesame oil at the end.

Tips: Using cooked meat to stir-fry can make meat taste tender. Do not fry bitter melon for long. Otherwise, it can destroy the nutrition and vitamins in bitter melon. Add the dried chili pepper (if using), garlic, and fermented black beans, stir a few times until fragrant. Add the chicken seasoning powder and some water and toss to mix well.
