  2. Prepare Mushroom
  3. Make ready Minced pork
  4. Get Spring onion

Braised Tofu with minced pork is so easy to cook, and most of all delicious! It's warming and hearty, blocks of crispy edged tofu floating in a delicious chicken broth, sprinkled with succulent morsels of ground pork - you have to try it! Cook for a minute or so, scraping bottom of pan with a wooden spoon if necessary to loosen any stuck bits of meat, then add tofu. Heat oil in a small heavy pot over medium-high.

Steps to make Minced Pork with Tofu:
  1. Marinate the pork.
  2. Sautee garlic and onion then drop the pork. When almost done add in the tofu cubes and mushroom.
  3. Add oyster sauce diluted in water. Simmer and when it's done. Garnish with spriong onion.

Cook for a minute or so, scraping bottom of pan with a wooden spoon if necessary to loosen any stuck bits of meat, then add tofu. Heat oil in a small heavy pot over medium-high. Break pork up into small pieces and continue to cook, stirring. In a bowl, combine cornflour with a splash of water, mix to combine, then add remaining Sauce ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
