The ingredients needed to make 1 Pot, 30 Minute Spicy Chili with Tofu:
  1. Get 1 lb ground beef or venison
  2. Make ready 1-64 oz bottle v8 hot and spicy
  3. Get 1 lb extra firm tofu
  4. Prepare 1 pack hot chili seasoning
  5. Make ready 1 jalapeño- diced fine
  6. Take 1/2 purple onion diced finely
  7. Make ready 1 limes juice
  8. Get 1 can diced tomatoes with green Chile’s (hot)
  9. Take 1 can dark red kidney beans
  10. Take 1 can great northern beans
  11. Take 1 can light red kidney beans
  12. Make ready 1 can navy beans
  13. Make ready 2 tablespoons sugar
  14. Make ready To taste: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika and red chili flakes

We love chili here and I love to make it. Saute the onion and bell pepper for a few minutes, until the onion turns translucent. Add the garlic powder, salt, chili powder, and cumin. Give a quick stir, then add the tofu.

Instructions to make 1 Pot, 30 Minute Spicy Chili with Tofu:
  1. Mix diced jalapeño, diced onion and diced tofu (drain tofu and lightly squeeze) into a large kettle and sauté on medium heat until onion is translucent.
  2. Place ground beef in with the sautéed tofu, onion and jalapeño and cook until beef is done. Squeeze in lime.
  3. Drain beans and add them in as well as tomatoes with green Chile’s, v8 and all spices. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes to bring out the heat in the pepper and spices.

Add the garlic powder, salt, chili powder, and cumin. Give a quick stir, then add the tofu. SO much flavor, yet meatless, filling, hearty and made with red and black beans. Return to heat and add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green chiles, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin powder, sugar, salt, pepper, corn. Cook for longer to reduce liquid to your desired consistency.
