  1. Make ready 5 pcs fried tofu
  2. Make ready 100 hr corn kernels
  3. Make ready 2 carrots
  4. Prepare 50 gr cabbage
  5. Prepare 1/2 red onion
  6. Get 3 garlic cloves
  7. Make ready 1 tomato
  8. Make ready 2 long red chilies
  9. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
  11. Get 1/2 tsp pepper
  12. Get 1/2 cup water
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp cooking oil

  1. Chop red onion, garlic, tomato, long red chilies, canbbage, and carrot.
  2. Slice fried tofu.
  3. Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan, add chopped red onion and garlics, stir for 3 mins, add long red chilies and tomatoes stir for 5 mins, add salt, pepper, and sugar, mix well.
  4. Add chopped carrots, cabbage, and corn kernels, stir it, add water, stir properly. Wait until the veggies well done.
  5. Add tofu, mix well.
  6. Tofu with veggies stir fry is ready to serve.

If the skillet is dry at this point, add a dash or two of oil. Tofu stir fry has all the makings for a fast, healthy dinner you can turn to again and again.
