  2. Get 150 gr tapioca starch
  3. Take 5 garlic cloves (mashed)
  4. Get 5 garlic cloves (fried then mashed)
  5. Take 1 egg white
  6. Make ready 200 gr ice cube
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp pepper
  8. Get 1 tsp salt
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. Take 10 pcs fried tofu
  11. Prepare Water to boil and steam

Steps to make Chicken Meat Balls (Bakso Ayam) and Chicken Tofu (Tahu Bakso):
  1. Grind mince chicken with ice cube with food processor.
  2. Place the ground chicken in a mixing bowl, add mashed garlics, fried masked garlics, tapioca starch, salt, pepper, and sugar, mix well.
  3. Boil water in a pot, make balls from the chicken mixture with 2 spoons, put into the water when it bubbles, (when the balls float and don't sink means they are ready, and you can take them out of the pot)
  4. For chicken tofu: cut square fried tofu into 2 (triangel shape) fill up the tofu with chicken mixture.
  5. Prepare steamer with water, steam chicken tofu for 15-20 mins until well cooked.
  6. Enjoy with any sauce you like. You can also use them for sandwich, or pizza topping.

Bakso Ayam - Indonesian Chicken Meatballs Freezing bakso for longer storage. If you don't plan to eat/use the bakso ayam straightaway, you can freeze them and use them later. I usually simply arrange the cooked bakso in a baking sheet and freeze until solid, then transfer the frozen meatballs into a freezer-safe ziplock bag. Here is how you cook it.
