Place tofu in a large bowl. Add onion, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, basil, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, hot sauce, and garlic; mix well with your hands until thoroughly combined. Add all ingredients except water and combine until well mixed. Slowly add water or juice until mixture is thick enough to form balls.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu Balls:
  1. Prepare 7 firm tofu
  2. Get 113 g shrimps
  3. Make ready 1/4 carrot (shredded)
  4. Prepare 2 stalks scallions (thinly sliced)
  5. Take 1 red chili (sliced)
  6. Get 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  7. Get 1 tsp ground coriander
  8. Prepare 2 tbs cornstarch
  9. Take 1 tsp salt
  10. Take 1/2 tsp pepper
  11. Take 1 whole egg
  12. Make ready 1 lemon/lime
  13. Prepare 30-50 ml water
  14. Prepare Birds eye chilies (optional)

Pour blended mixture into the bowl with seasoned breadcrumbs and mix well. Place tofu, mushrooms, onion, garlic, panko, milk, soy sauce, flaxseed, liquid smoke and pepper into food processor bowl. Pulse until well mixed and crumbly, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as needed. Remove tofu from packaging and wrap in paper towels.

Steps to make Tofu Balls:
  1. Peel and devein the shrimps. Chopped them into small size. Squeeze lemon/lime juice over the shrimps to remove the smell. Set aside.
  2. Mash the tofu in a big bowl into small chunks.
  3. Prepare the herbs. Mince the garlic, slice the chilies and scallions, plus cut and shred the carrot. Add them into the tofu bowl.
  4. Add the shrimps and all seasonings. Mix them well.
  5. Make a hole in the middle of the mixture. Add the egg in the hole. Mix them well while adding water little by little into a nice consistency. Be careful not to put too many water or else the tofu balls will fall apart when cooking.
  6. Finally shape the mixture into balls. Depends on their size, we can make around 17-20 balls.
  7. At this point you have 2 option for cooking them, steam or deep fry.
  8. Steam: use cooking paper at the base of steamer for easier cleaning. Place the tofu balls and steam them for about 7-10 minutes.
  9. Deep-fry: beat an egg in a bowl. Add 2 tbs of water and mix them well. Dip the tofu balls in the egg mixture then deep fry them in hot oil over medium low heat until golden brown.
  10. Serve while it's hot. You can eat them with chili sauce or fresh birds eye chilies.

Pulse until well mixed and crumbly, stopping to scrape down sides of bowl as needed. Remove tofu from packaging and wrap in paper towels. Place on a plate and add another plate on top of tofu. In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add bread crumbs, walnuts, parsley, mustard, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Crumble the pressed tofu with your hands, and add it to the bowl, along with the sauteed vegetables.
