The ingredients needed to make Pork Shrimp Stuffed Tofu:
  1. Make ready 100 gr pork lean (minced)
  2. Get 3 pcs shrimp (minced)
  3. Make ready 4 tofu (cut half)
  4. Take 2 tsp salt
  5. Take 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  7. Make ready 1/2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  8. Prepare 1/2 beaton egg
  9. Get 2 tbsp starch
  10. Get Cooking oil

If you are using pork for this dish, you can follow the method in the recipe below or you can steam the tofu and cook the pork separately in a pan. For the pork filling, mix together all ingredients for the filling with your hands or spatula. Instructions to make Pork Shrimp Stuffed Tofu:
  1. Fry the cut tofu, set aside

  3. Cut the tofu at one side, fill with the dough
