The ingredients needed to make No-oil tofu and okra "stir fry" with bean sprout:
  1. Take 150 gram firm silken tofu (cubes)
  2. Prepare 3 okra (thinly sliced)
  3. Prepare 1 handful bean sprout
  4. Prepare 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  5. Get 1 chili (thinly sliced)
  6. Make ready Sea salt

The cooking oil is replaced by a dash of water. Leaves of Asian Greens, spinach, bean sprouts, green onions, fresh herbs. Pre cooked vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower and broccolini should be pre-cooked prior to using in a stir fry as they take too long to cook from raw in a stir fry (unless chopped small). Instructions to make No-oil tofu and okra "stir fry" with bean sprout:
  1. Place a dash of water in the pan (as cooking oil replacement) and let it come to a boil.
  2. Add garlic and chili. Stir it for 2-3 minutes until the aroma is released.
  3. Place okra, bean sprout and tofu into the pan. Add a splash of water.
  4. Add salt to taste. Gently stir for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Get the pan off the heat, then serve.
