  2. Take 1 spring onion
  3. Get 2 tofu
  4. Prepare 100 gr bean sprout
  5. Get 1 pinch salt
  6. Make ready Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
  7. Make ready 100 gr peanut
  8. Get 2 canneye pepper or chili
  9. Prepare 1 garlic
  10. Take 2 red onions
  11. Get 1 pinch salt
  12. Get 1 tbsp soy sauce
  13. Take 3 tbsp water
  14. Make ready Vegetable oil
  15. Get Cooked rice
  16. Get Sliced cucumbar (optional)

Instructions to make Fried Tofu and Egg w/ Peanut Sauce (Tahu Tek):
  1. First, make peanut sauce: fry all peanut, add salt, canneye pepper or chili and garlic. Fry until cooked
  2. Blend peanut sauce with blender or u can use clean stone if u dont have blender.
  3. Chop-chop onions, then combine sauce with onions, 1 tsp vegetable oil, water and soy sauce. Set aside
  4. Slice tofu into bite size then fry it in deep fry.set aside
  5. Boil the bean sprout until boiled. Set aside
  6. Crack the egg then beat, chop-chop spring onion.
  7. Add chopped spring onion with salt and egg
  8. Fry the egg then set aside
  9. Put lontong or cooked rice on plate, then tofu then boiled bean sprout and egg on top. Then pour peanut sauce on it.
  10. Serve it
