  2. Take 2 onion leeks, minced
  3. Prepare 1/2 tbsp chicken stock powder

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed tofu, egg, onion leeks, salt, pepper, and stock powder.
  2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, roll in bread crumbs.
