The ingredients needed to make Baked Vegetables with Tofu Sauce:
  1. Prepare 1 pack soft tofu (400g)
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp miso paste
  3. Take 6 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions to make Baked Vegetables with Tofu Sauce:
  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-size chunks. Boil or steam them.
  2. Wrap the tofu with a kitchen towel and place it on a plate. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the tofu with mayo and miso. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Put the vegetables on a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it.  Put an adequate amount of shredded cheese and bake for 25mins at 400°F until the surface has browned.
  5. Enjoy!
