The ingredients needed to make Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat:
  1. Prepare 1 tofu (silken)
  2. Get 100 g minced meat
  3. Get 0.5 onions
  4. Prepare 2 shiitake mushrooms
  5. Take 1 tbsp corn starch
  6. Take 1 garlic cloves
  7. Prepare 4 tbsp water
  8. Get 1 tbsp oyster sauce (B)
  9. Get 1 tbsp light soy sauce (B)
  10. Get 1 spring onions (C)
  11. Make ready 0.5 sliced chillies (C)

Top each meat ball with wolfberry. Saute the onion and garlic with vegetable oil until that become fragrant. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it becomes aromatic. Add the mushroom and the seasoning (Ingredients B) until the gravy thickens.

Steps to make Steamed Tofu with Minced Meat:
  1. Place tofu on the plate and add weight on tofu to extract excess water.
  2. Steam tofu for 10 minutes.
  3. Marinade minced meat with ingredients in (B) for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat up pan with a bit of oil and fry garlic and onions until fragrant.
  5. Stir fry minced meat and mushroom.
  6. Add water and sweet soy sauce.
  7. Mix corn starch with a bit of water. Ensure that the gravy (water and sweet soy sauce) is boiling and then, add starch to thicken the gravy.
  8. Remove tofu from steamer and remove excess water.
  9. Pour gravy on top of steamed tofu.
  10. Garnish with ingredients in (C).

Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it becomes aromatic. Add the mushroom and the seasoning (Ingredients B) until the gravy thickens.
