The ingredients needed to make Deep-fried soy milk tofu salad:
  1. Make ready 100 g soy milk tofu
  2. Take Appropriate amount of potato starch
  3. Take 70 g baby leaf mix
  4. Take 1/2 avocado
  5. Prepare 3 cherry tomatoes
  6. Prepare Appropriate amount of sesame dressing(or any dressing you have)

Save one half for another use (like this deep fried tofu snack) and slice the other half thinly. Drain and slice tofu in half lengthwise to make two thinner slabs. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Add the olive oil to a non-stick pan and add the tofu cubes and a few pinches kosher salt.
