  1. Get 2 packs tofu (typically 1 pack , contains 4-5 pieces), cut to taste
  2. Prepare 100 gr flour
  3. Get 75 gr rice flour
  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp sago flour
  5. Take 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  6. Take 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
  7. Prepare 1 green chili peppers, thinly sliced
  8. Make ready 3 pcs cabbage, thinly sliced
  9. Get 1 tsp bouillon powder (flavor beef/chicken, according to taste)
  10. Make ready 300 ml water
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Prepare Oil for frying
  13. Make ready GROUND SPICES
  14. Take 3 cloves garlic
  15. Get 1 thumb turmeric, toasted
  16. Get 2 pcs candlenut
  17. Take 1 tsp coriander
  18. Get SAUCE

  21. Make ready 5 cayenne peppers (to taste), thinly sliced
