The ingredients needed to make Greek meatballs:
  1. Take ground pork andd turkey about 2lbs of each
  2. Take 1 package feta cheese
  3. Take 3 eggs
  4. Make ready 1-2 c. breadcrumbs
  5. Take 1 medium onion diced
  6. Get 2 Tbs od minced garlic
  7. Take 3 medium tomatoes diced
  8. Take 3/4 can spinach strained

Process until the onion is finely chopped. Add the onion mixture to the bowl with the moist bread, along with the beef, lamb, and eggs.   1. Mix together all ingredients and form into meatballs. bake at 325 for 30 min on cookie sheet. flip and bake 15 to 20 min longer.
