The ingredients needed to make Tofu Dip:
  1. Prepare 150~200g silken tofu (drain water in a sieve for 5 mins)
  2. Get 1/4 onion (minced, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and stir, leave for 5 mins, pat dry with paper towels)
  3. Prepare 1/2 can tuna
  4. Get 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  5. Make ready 1/2 tbsp dashi (or soy sauce)
  6. Make ready to taste Salt and pepper

The best part about this dip? Place ingredients (except for parsley and green onions) into blender or Vita-Mix and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if desired. Add parsley and green onions and blend on.

Instructions to make Tofu Dip:
  1. Put tofu through a strainer with a spatula. Add all ingredients and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

Taste and adjust salt and pepper if desired. Add parsley and green onions and blend on. Tofu is a great alternative to meat. This is why I use a buffalo dressing for my tofu when I have a hankering for Buffalo chicken wings. I toss in fried tofu in whatever buffalo dressing I have in my pantry.
