The ingredients needed to make Semolina Halva (with almond):
  1. Get 2 1/2 cup fine semolina
  2. Prepare 100 gr. Butter + 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup milk
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 cup water
  5. Make ready 1 cup sugar
  6. Get 1/2 of molasses (optional)
  7. Make ready 1 packet vanilla (optional)
  8. Get 1/2 cup almond slices or pine nuts

Remove from heat and add rosewater. Remove cinnamon and cloves from saucepan. Gradually add hot syrup to semolina mixture and stir on a low heat until smooth. Halva is ready for serving in a couple of minutes.
