  1. Get 1/3 cup Flour
  2. Get 2/3 cup Almond Flour
  3. Take 3 tbsp almond butter
  4. Take 1/2 cup steal cut oats, not instant
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup flax, chia, almond slices
  6. Get 1 eggs
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp coconut oil
  8. Take 2 tbsp butter
  9. Get 1/3 cup brown sugar
  10. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
  11. Take 1 tsp baking soda
  12. Take 1/2 tsp salt

Add in the almond butter & use your hand to press the flour & almond butter together to form a sand-like crumbly texture Make a well in the center of the flour & almond butter mixture & pour in the milk & the flax egg Start to move the flour into the wet center with a spatula Place the almonds into a food processor and process until they are a fine crumb. Add the remaining dry ingredients and pulse a few times to mix. Add the butter and process until incorporated well. Now, with the food processor on, add the wet ingredients through the feed tube.

  2. Mix additionaldry
  3. Beat egg, butter, coconut oil with sugar
  4. Mix dry with Egg/Sugar mix, then with oatmeal and Almond butter
  5. Scoop into 2-3in rounds on greased baking sheet
  6. Bake for 10mins at 400°
