  2. Spray Iron with Non stick cooking Spray
  3. In Mixing bowl combine Pan cake mix and cinnamon together
  4. Add water
  5. Mix in dried fruit and crushed Almonds
  6. Stir well
  7. Pour enough batter to fill two-thirds of waffle iron
  8. Cook until crisp and golden brown
  9. Set aside
  10. Repeat with remaining batter
  11. Add toppings of your choice over your waffles.(I use syrup )
