  1. Get 2/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  2. Get 2/3 cup Olive Oil
  3. Make ready 4 large Eggs
  4. Take 3 tsp Vanilla
  5. Prepare 2 cup Sugar
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Baking Powder
  7. Get 1 1/2 cup Flour
  8. Get 3/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  9. Prepare 3/4 cup Coconut Flakes

In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Instructions to make Almond Coconut Brownies:
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray
  3. Combine Cocoa Powder and Olive Oil in small bowl
  4. Whisk Eggs and Vanilla in large bowl, whisk in Sugar, baking powder and salt
  5. Stir cocoa mixture into egg/sugar mixture
  6. Add Flour, nuts and coconut. Stir until well combined.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out nearly clean.
  8. Cool, in pan, on wire rack. Serve warm.
