  1. Take 250 g almonds
  2. Get 3 tbsp honey
  3. Prepare 2 spoons coconut oil
  4. Prepare 1 tsp salt

You can use skinless almonds as well. Place the almonds in a food processor. Process on high until ground almonds begin to form a ball. Drizzle olive oil over almonds and continue to process, stopping occasionally to scrape sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed.

  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and then put the almond mixture for 15 mins, until it becomes a soft dark brown color
  3. Take out of the oven the almonds snd let them cool for about 20 mins +
  4. Put the almonds in a blender and start mixing, it will take several minutes..in the beginning it will not look at all that this will become like butter but after 10 mins in the blender you'll have it. - It tastes amazing! The best spread i've ever made.
