  1. Take For Grilling the Lamb meat
  2. Get 1-2 kl of Lamb
  3. Take 4 medium Carrots
  4. Make ready 3 medium white onion
  5. Take Celery or parsley whatever you desire
  6. Take Rosemary
  7. Prepare 1 cup Olive oil
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp salt
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  10. Take 1/2 tsp pepper
  11. Take 1/2 big Lemon
  12. Prepare For Khalta Rice
  13. Take 5 cups Basmati Rice
  14. Prepare 1 large white onion
  15. Make ready 2 tbsp brown sugar
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  17. Get 1 piece cinnamon bark
  18. Take 2 pieces star anise
  19. Get 1 tbsp turmeric
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp curry powder
  21. Prepare 1 tsp chili powder
  22. Prepare 1 tsp pepper

Steps to make Grilled Lamb with khalta Rice:
  1. Cut the carrots, celery and onion into a medium size.
  2. Arrange the Lamb meat into a cooking tray. Mix all the carrots, celery and onion Inyo the tray
  3. Mix all the spices together with olive oil and lemon.. and rub the mixture into the Lamb meat.. arrange the following as you can see the picture down
  4. Cover the tray with foil and cook it into the oven over 190C for 1 hour… then after an hour remove the foil and let it cook again for an hour
  5. For the Rice.. put oil in the pot and put the 2 tbsp sugar, mix it until it cover with oil then put the onion mix together for a minute.
  6. Put all the spices as I mention above the ingredients for the rice and let it simmer altogether for about a 2 minutes until it’s slightly brown.
  7. Put a water that is look exactly enough for the rice and let it boil and cover let it be cook in a small heat.
  8. Now for the Rice toping.. add the butter and all the nuts that you desire and the dry grapes.. cook it until it’s brown and keep it for the toppings when rice is cooked put in on the top of rice.
